I see you Goal-Getters! Welcome back to Series 1 Wellness Tips. Today’s tip is to CELEBRATE YOU! Taking care of yourself is no easy feat, but you're doing it. You’re doing it and keep doing it, day in and day out. That type of commitment deserves recognition.
It’s time to take stock of what we’ve accomplished and how we feel now for all the work we continue to put into our health. Celebrating ourselves doesn’t have to be this ostentatious display. If anything, this celebration you’re about to give yourself has only one guest invited to the party and they are the guest of honor to this celebration — You.
Don't continue to wait for a holiday or a "special" day to celebrate and reward yourself. Every day is a special day, so take it, and make it yours.
Simple acts of reflection and recognition of our efforts go a long way. Our daily distractions can sometimes become all so overwhelming that we don’t notice how well we’re holding up, no matter the circumstances. We show up and smash these wellness goals because WE ARE that awesome.
