Series 3 Ways to Boost Your Energy!

In the past week, especially earlier last week, there seemed to be something collectively in the air. I personally felt unmotivated, not as energetic as I would like to be. Interestingly enough, it seemed to have been felt as a collective. Throughout social media and in the creator and blogger realm where I spend time, I found others sharing in the same challenges lately.

I started to make posts of motivation talking about it and just putting out there, that no one was alone in that, even though the feeling, is quite lonely. Everyone was feeling it; many for different reasons but with the same icky feeling.
Now although our reasons might be different, our methods to getting us out of the funk can be quite similar. Our bodies and our psyches respond similarly to the same stimuli and energy boosters. Some may experience them in varying ranges but there is still a shift regardless. We all could benefit to add in some things into our routine to shake things up a bit.
One of the things I kept telling myself and sharing with others, was to simply keep going. Even if it wasn't in the way we wanted it to be or look like, just show up. If that is all we had, then that would be good enough and a start; and you gotta start somewhere right?
The dialogue throughout the week, however, stayed the same; lack of energy and lack of motivation. So I decided to do my part and start listing ways we could reclaim some of that energy and motivation throughout the week. Nothing complicated or fancy, just tips done with the intent to make a positive energy shift.
These tips are:
  • Up your water intake
  • Reduce your stress
  • Get in daily movement
  • Don't overwork
  • Increase rest and sleep
  • Eat nourishing food and snack
I encouraged everyone to start implementing at least one of these, if they weren't already doing so. Implementing just one would allow someone to notice any changes and any differences to be able to gauge what truly makes an instant difference to their body.

There are various ways to go about each of these points and ways to help stay on track. Each point recommended included a list of tips to make it easier to navigate.
I will be posting those tips throughout this week to the blog so that those of you who are avid blog readers will have easy and convenient access. Those of you who can't wait for the posts (thank you), you can check out the posts by clicking here.
With that being said, LET'S DO THIS!
Wishing you 3H's*
